Large Bubbles
10" plate with gentle slope with a grid pattern of bubbles.
This design was created by placing 1/4" strips of various colored glass spaced 1/4" apart in perpendicular directions and melting, causing bubbles where the gaps where. Then after cold working the piece into a square I added a dusty lilac opaque glass as a border. Then i sand blasted the border to create a texture look before slumping in to a dish mold.
All products must be picked up in studio only.
